Flash Flash Miui 8 7.2.23 Beta To Unoficial International Rom (mi Note Pro)

I want to flash my mi note pro with the unofficial international rom. I want it to be able to use all the gapp properly.
I have already installed the google app on the chinese rom but it doesnt work properly. So I hope this rom is better but I dont succeed to flash it.

I have tried to install xiaomi.eu_multi_MINotePro_7.2.23_v8-7.0.zip


but when I try to install twrp via fastboot, it says failed.
in this tutorial they say;

• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

how am I supoose to install it? via the upgrade software? because it says I cant install unofficial rom.

I have tried another way to install it via the windows command:




but as I cant install twrp i cant do this step;

7. Now your phone should boot into TWRP!

8. Sideload the ROM to your device:
- In TWRP go "Advanced" -> "ADB Sideload"

and if I try to go to the next step

In your PC console run this command:

adb sideload xiaomi.eu_multi_MINotePro_7.2.23_v8-7.0.zip (replace the file name as appropriate. If the ROM .zip file is not in the same folder asadb.exe, specify the path to the file.)

I hace an error

Please anyone know how can I flash this rom on my phone

Here's what I did to flash xiaomi.eu_multi_MINotePro_7.2.23_v8-7.0.zip:
-Boot to recovery and wipe every thing except USB OTG
-Go to mount and enable MTB transfer
-Copy Rom and latest SuperSU to internal storage
-Flash the Rom and reboot (it will take quite a while)
-Now your phone bootloader will be locked, so unlock it
-After unlock it, flash the compatible TWRP for Leo 7.0 using PC console
-Then boot to TWRP and flash SuperSU
-Reboot

make sure if you have locked/unlocked bootloader
enter in fastboot
in Cmd type
fastboot devices
fastboot oem device-info

if the info said device locked True you have to aplie for unlok if you whant to install xiaomi.eu rom
and install twrp

To install TWRP
Download latest recovery https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298930581
extract and put the recovery.img (rename if other name) on adb
Start Windows command prompt by pressing <Windows key> + X and then choosing "Command Prompt (Admin)". Once console (black box) opens, go to Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder on your PC by typing

> cd C:\ADB
> C:

(change C: and ADB to your respective drive and path you chose)

Power off your device and turn it back on Fastboot mode. In order to enter the "fastboot mode", press and hold "Power+Volume Down" buttons
Connetc phone to pc

And type
fastboot devices
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot recovery

If you want xiaomi.eu rom and your android version is 5.1 and want to upgrade to android 7 you need to flash
6/12/22 rom https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=745425885120695164
then flash latest developer rom, probably the bootloader will be locked just unlock again by unlock tool.
just download rom, copy to internal memory, then turn off phone, enter in twrp and wipe cache, wipe data, install the zip of xiaomi.eu 6/12/22 then install Latest developer rom and reboot done,

after that you have to unlock bootlader and install twrp again, just follow the above steps to install recovery
