Free Sms Function?

I can not find free SMS function in recently updated MIUI version.
Does anybody know if Xiaomi removed free SMS function or where can I find it?

I never knew that it ever existed. Is it probably region specific feature?

Thank you but I don't think so~
I can use it in previously EU version, but the function is missing in recently version.

It used to be shown on the first line of SMS function,but disappeared in recently version

Again, set your region to country outside EU.

This restriction (missing cloud messaging and themes app) is for new GDPR in EU.

Again, tried but not work,already give up for the function
I used NOT eu region at the first time,even I changed region as China but not work.
