Getting Lagged When Battery Reach 35% And Below

I don't know if this was the battery saving features is automatically enabled or some bugs appeared.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
Your help is appreciated.

What do you do when the lagging is obvious? I don't have this problem, or at least I don't know under which conditions it becomes visible.

It's clearly lagged with some delay frames like when you have a full battery, Facebook's opening effect is much smoother.
But when it was in low battery condition, it was some dropped frames out there.
My English is not good so please excuse me for not so clear explanation

I have noticed this with adblock reborn an xposed module, which I did not face any issue with previous phones.
I tried a few settings but nothing helped so I uninstalled adblock reborn and the phone is back to normal.

Are you using perhaps something similar or flashed/installed any mods/root etc?

I use XiaoMi Stable ROM without root or anything modified.
I was unlocked bootloader of course.

Weird, I don't get such a behavior even at 1%. Are you sure you don't turn on battery saver automatically?
