Gingerbread?

Does anybody know how long after gingerbread is released for N1 we may potentially see a Gingerbread MIUI?

And does anyone know if the chinese plan on continuing with the N1 as their main focus or will they jump ship to the NS?

it has to be in AOSP before MIUI is upgraded to Gingerbread.
