Ginkgo - Redmi Note 8 ghost touch

The device is Ginkgo - Redmi Note 8 on MIUI 12.0.3.0 (QCOMIXM).
I can't locate this rom on offical site https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1900375
Latest is Version: V11.0.11.0.PCOMIXM (MIUI11).

May I ask for advice, the phone has ghost touch now and then, is it rom related issue specifically to 12.0.3.0 Global or is it hardware issue? The display doesn't have protection glass and is clean.

This forum is for the custom ROM xiaomi.eu, you are using the stock ROM from Xiaomi, so you should seek assistance in their Mi Community website.

Maybe someone had expirience with such problem, of course everyone with xiaomi.eu rom on ginkgo before was on global stable, I just asked, hoping to clearify where is the problem...

There was a touch delay problem on 10.something to early 11 versions on global but I have never had ghost touches. Could be hardware related. If you can try sending it for repairs.
