Hello, is it possible to have a china rom on my global 10t pro with bootloader locked? Do I need to unlock it in order to flash the china rom(stable)? Do I risk bricking if I lock the bootloader afterwards? I would like to degoogle my phone and since you do not offer EU rom without GMS I see china rom as only option. Are there others? Thanks!

You have to unlock the bootloader, then flash China ROM and if you like you can lock your bootloader back. Obviously you have to flash the fastboot firmware version.
I have done that with my Mi 10 5G, Global version, just for fun and was working properly, meanwhile I flashed the xiaomi.eu ROM back.
This process does not brick your phone.
Regarding bootloader unlock waiting time you have to wait only for the first time, next unlocking attempt will be instant.
