Google dialer with call recorder possible in .EU ROM?

Is possible configure Google dialer on Xiaomi.eu rom with functional call recorder option?

It is not configurable as far as I know, If you have the option you have it, it may be region dependent, but currently on RN8 set to Bulgaria I have it.

Google dialer doesn't have a record function.

It has a call recording function.
But it is only available in some regions and must be activated manually each time you make a call.

In Germany at least you are allowed to record for yourself, you are not allowed to put any of this online without consens from all involved person's.
