New Google Now Not Starting On Menu Button

Hello,
I'm using Redmi Note 3 Pro 3/32GB with Xiaomi.eu newest ROM 6.10.13.

When I hold menu button, Google app does not start. I've downloaded Google app, set the menu button as launch Google now and gave the app all permissions (screens). My phone is rooted if that matters.

It's not a miui problem because it was working on official global/china stable and dev roms. I tried factory reset and reflashing, nothing helped.
