Google Pay "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Hi, just bought from shop Mi 9. (EU Global)

The phone is not rooted (brand new from box)

Tried to download GPAY but says: "Your device isn't compatible with this version" (Screenshots attached)

Any help please?
