Heavy Overheat After Factory Update

After my last two factory updates, where the last was 8.5.3.0, my phone is overheating a lot even when use easy progs. If I start a 3d game in 3-4min is hot. I checked background progs to be stopped also start up progs kept at minimum. I even did a factory reset with no results.
What to do now, pls help?

Download last good update fastboot rom and flash it through mi flash tool

There is no stable 8.5.x.x released yet for Redmi Note 3.
