[HELP] FIrst time with custom romon Pocophone!

Hey to all. I need help, i don't want make errors or brick the phone.
I'll unlock bootloader soon so i need help.

1) i have installed last Global Dev, all is stock

2) Clean install: what is the right procedure to install the FIRST time custom recovery and rom with all wipes needed? Also about encryption, what i need to do?
3) Dirty/update install: what is the right procedure to flash new custom rom update and which wipes are needed this time?
