Help I need to switch my BT codec from aac to LDAC

My cmf buds oro 2 support LDAC but my redmi note 12 Bluetooth is set to AAC codec by default, when I switch from AAC to LDAC codec in developer option it reverts back to AAC, any solution?

If you enter the headphone's settings in bluetooth menu, there should be a toggle for LDAC codec.
The option in dev settings is actually just a developer setting. It is not intended to be used with consumer headphones and therefore doesnt work.
