(help Me) Loop After Install Xiaomi.eu Rom

Dear all,
i need your help, i've installed xiaomi.eu rom bou after flash it pohne remain looping on black screen with MI logo.

I've done all operation correctly, as explained in the following guide https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...-mix-2-from-china-rom-to-xiaomi-eu-rom.42099/

1.correctly unlocked bootloader
2.install TWRP chiron recovery via fastboot
3.wipe
4.flash xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix2_7.12.21_v9-7.1.zip rom

After flashing phone remain on the black screen loading android.
I've waited all night hoping it boot miui rom, but nothing.

Can you please help me to fix this issue?
