himo c26 battery indicator on panel not correct

Incorrect display of battery charge on the panel. The indicator on the battery shows the correct charge of the battery.

It always shows a full battery on the panel. If empty or full.

on the battery the correct display is full or empty.

is it possible that the cables are connected incorrectly? on two identical new e-bikes the same. this shows incorrectly from what was purchased. 3 months old.

On display showed battery full, but battery it is low.
Display panel and battery not in the same level. The showed are different. How to fix differences?

the factory settings were set incorrectly. The battery voltage (BO) must be set to 48V for the HIMO C26. It was wrong 36V.

It is now displayed correctly on the battery and on the LCD panel.
