New [Hongmi JHBCNBD15] Theme app unable to connect to network

I post on here, but I don't know if it's actually a bug or just me doing something wrong.

After upgrading to JHBCNBD15 (Multilang). I'm unable to access the Themes server. It always give "No Result" and says "Unable to connect to network". I use mobile data and wifi, none are work. I tried to restart phone and also clear theme app cache, but problem cannot be fixed.
