How Can I Get Version Compatible For Eu And How To Fix Flashlight On Incoming Call

I have ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note pro Octa Core model and i do have issues with him. I have asian version that is not compatible with Europe. Any how i could get instructions or help how to fix my issues with my phone? I have problems with downloading playstore and macedonian font, it show's him like simbols on facebook. Any help how to fix this issues will do. Please help me out. And torch or the flash light is turning on and blinks while incoming call comes on each call.. P.S. I come from Macedonia - Europe.
