How often are MIUI STABLE ROMS published and how to get a notification/email

Just what the tittle says, I want to know the average time of release between versions, and if there's a way to know when a new MIUI STABLE ROM version is out, besides checking manually. Thanks!

Stable rom comes out irregularly.
It can be 1 month or even 4 months
