How To Change From Miui.it Rom To Weekly Xiaomi.eu Rom?

Currently using miui.it 7.1.15 beta and want to change to weekly xiaomi.eu 7.1.20 land.Should i just flash it normally(wipe dalvik,system,cache) or what?

How to update this rom?Should I use TWRP or update through updater app?I am using Redmi 3X.

so just to make it clear,i can just update from the app without booting into twrp.but i just need the ubl and twrp installed.if i use 'select installation zip' it will install like the official rom.
