How to force Google's restoration process?

I've imported Xiaomi 13 Ultra and after factory reset, there is no prompt to enter my Google account and start the restoration process.
Google services are disabled and when I manually enable them I don't see any app or option to force restore my data and settings.

Why would it comes with Google Services if it's a Chinese model (Chinese ROM) ?

Don't know, but my Xiaomi 13 Ultra on chinese 14.0.11.0 has Google Play Services and Google Service Framework installed in System - I had to manually install Play Store, though....

I'd also like to know wether its possible to trigger Google restore as this does not happen automatically when setting up the device....
