Hello,

Info screen is get from Internet, if you don't see it = Request to get device info from Xiaomi server is blocked (adblock/VPN/etc.).

Maybe it doesn't work for your device (Mi 10T Pro) => If no info are available on Xiaomi server for your device by example.

When I bought it, in global rom there were info in that screen

Some roms are different, it's the same for my redmi note 7 and mi 10t lite, the redmi shows it, the 10T lite doesn't

No, it wasn't. That info sheet is completely hidden for Global ROM.

There is no available online info sheet for this device currently.
