How to install Xiaomi.EU ROM on Redmi Note 10

How can I install Xiaomi.EU on a Redmi Note 10 via Fastboot? I can't find the fastboot ROM for my device.

The last using fastboot is v13.0.8 from 2022-06-10. If you want a newer one, you need to use recovery.
