How would I re-lock bootloader (Mi 8 Dipper) with xiaomi.eu ROM?

I think I have the Chinese version of Mi 8. Is it possible to re-lock bootloader after installing xiaomi.EU ROM? My main concern is passing Google's Safetynet certifications so I can use Google Pay. I have read conflicting accounts of whether it works or not on this phone with EU ROM.

As far as I know You cant lock the bootloader xiaomi.eu Rom, only offical ones. There is another Method how gPay can work with xiaomi eu rom and twrp https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/google-pay.49986/
