hubic returns "read-only file system" when I try to open a file

Hello,
I use hubic as cloud folder in order to synchronize my laptop files with my smartphone.
Since I use a Xiaomi redmi note 5, I cannot open files (pdf, txt, jpg...). It was working fine with HTC M8S...
Please, help me.
