I Can T Update To 9.5.4.0 From 9.5.3.0

Hello, I have a redmi 3s with xiaomi eu. 9.5.3.0. It is available already 9.5.4.0 version for ten days but this version doesn t appear in updater app. I cleared cache but no luck. How can update without full rom reinstall? Thank you!

Update process is clearly written in every first post of the weekly thread in the ROMS DOWNLOAD section (find it at the top of the page).
EU-ROM is always FULL ROM installation, no incremental update available.
