Im unable to load attachments into a MS excel when using outlook for work profile

When i use my work profile and try to open an excel attachment in outlook it says my profile is paused and I'm unable to pick MS office or MS excel to open any attachment. (pictures attached). I have multiple ms excel apps installed on my work profile. When trying to open an excel file using my personal profile everything opens up fine.

Same here i wanted to disable it
But but it seem that work profile on this version is left as traces
