Impossible Update

Hi redmi pro user

I have a problem... (Obvious XD)

I have the 8.0.4.0 version of MIUI Global 8.0 on my redmi pro
And when I check for update, my phone saied 'there is no update'
But on the en.miui.com website I can download the 8.1.2.0 version.

So I download the 8.1.2.0 from the web site and try to instal with the MIUI8 installer. Buuuuut... The installer tell me 'impossible to check the update' and nothing append...

I whould like to play again to Pokemon Go and for now I can't... So I try update to see if it change anything :'(

Have you a solution to update my phone please ?

You have to install twrp recovery to install EU.rom .you can find how to do on this forum https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...mi-redmi-pro-support-update-rom-global.33564/

If I understand, I do a factory reset and after I can instal Global ROM.
But I lost all of my file if I do that ? :/
