This thread should answer most of your questions regarding Widevine L1 support on your device(s).
I will try to keep it maintained and up-to-date.

Notes:
* This list includes only supported Android 10+ devices that either support Widevine L1 officially, or are able to support it unofficially.
* Cetain devices have been losing their Widevine L1 certificate randomly. The reason is unknown to us, so don't bother asking.
* Certificate renewal is done via Settings -> Passwords & security -> Fingerprint unlock -> Fingerprint payments -> Widevine (L1)

For those who uses "Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools" or something like "adb shell pm uninstall --user 0" to debloat their phone, please note that, uninstall or disable "com.miui.cloudservice" (part of Mi Cloud) will cause the "Fingerprint payments" option to disappear.

For those who uses "Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools" or something like "adb shell pm uninstall --user 0" to debloat their phone, please note that, uninstall or disable "com.miui.cloudservice" (part of Mi Cloud) will cause the "Fingerprint payments" option to disappear.
Moreover, removing SoterService (com.tencent.soter.soterserver) will break "Fingerprint payments", you won't be able to request new certificates.
