Hi,

My relative just recently updated her IPhone and it seems like after this update she is unable to access the Roborock S50 through the App.
Its possible to start the vacum directly from the app but clicking on it to show the map and other features results in an error message:

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'this.networkErrorView.setState')

This error is located at:
in App
in RCTView
in Package Root
in RCTView
in RCTView
in AppContainer

My question is then, could this just be related to the IPhone iOS update and Xiaomi will update their app soon? or is this something related to the vacum itself.

Hey there,

I've just had the same issue and managed to solve it by uninstalling the MI HOME app from my iphone and then reinstsalling the app.
It will reinitialize the devices you have set up in the app and will then recognize the robot again.

Hope that helps

Здравствуй,
В приложении Mi Home просто заходим в Профиль -> Настройки -> Очистить кеш
Чем исправил.
