Is anyone using BBM? and have issue keep restoring after restart handset

Hello, i'm using WIUI rom on my MI2s and having this issue with my BBM.
everytime i restart the phone or change battery (because i have 2 battery) my BBM contact and BBM groups restoring again.. Why that could happen.. and it's very inconvience for me

Anyone have thaughts or idea how i solve this issue?
