New keyboards bugs - does not close automatically

the keyboard does not close automatically when i finished typing (this has happened since i changed the keyboard samsung with android default.. now i have the samsung. But this thing now i can't fix)
MIUI 3.9.6 on Galaxy Note II (N7100)

***when the keyboard is opened the first few letters typed are LAGGED.. as if the keyboard were still loading

ANY SOLUTIONS???
