Where can I download the latest stable xiaomi.eu ROM for the MIPAD2? I only can find the weekly ones.

Some time ago a stable rom for MiPad2 based on miui 8.2 was published but there were some issues with that build. It was removed and republished but issues were always there so removed again.
And it's still missing.... we're all hoping for the best

hello every body;
Yesterday i flashed mi pad 2 with twrp 3.0.2-0 and then resize the partition.
When i want to install a new rom, always have error.
I copy the file.zip to external sd and internal
