How i can update miui.EU ROM if it's rooted with magisk?

I have been using the updater to install the eu weekly builds, but this week I flashed magisk and installed a number of modules such as viper. Do I understand correctly that if I update to the next weekly build on Saturday I will have to reflash magisk and re-install the modules and repeat this every week that I update?

I'd updated to 8.9.13 this week and Magisk was removed. I've tried to reinstall it via TWRP, but I'm now faced with boot-loops. I've tried quite a few different version of Magisk too (v16, 16.7, 17.1) - all to no avail. Does anyone know how I can get Magisk back without downgrading?

Thanks - I've just posted an issue on their Github. Will provide an update if/when I hear back from them.

UPDATE: I was able to resolve this issue by running the uninstaller via TWRP first before reinstalling 17.1.
