I unlocked my phone, flashed twrp and than flashed 20.10.15 ( basically did same as here https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...r-xiaomi-mi10-ultra.57259/page-16#post-567578 ) and its end up with bootloop. It show loading screen with 5G that changes to MIUI than in few minutes or so it just reboots and so on. Tried to do default wipe again - didn't help, still same loop. Cant reflash as zip file seems to be gone from phone storage and I cant transfer it back to phone since its not loading.

Any hints how to solve ?

You have to go into TWRP and format data partition (in wipe menu) then confirm writing "yes" and then reboot into system and wait few minutes (sometimes it takes 10 minutes or even more). Be patient.

It doesnt work as i said. I did format format dalvik and data and than after reboot after few minutes it just reboot and process start again.

Found that in twrp phone recognized and was able to upload firmware and reflash - still same. Tried to flash 20.9.24 after that -> still same loop.

Than tried 20.9.17 ->and same loop. Idk what wrong and what to do now... Seems like its not firmware problem since 3 of them do same.

Hello,

Clean flash = "Format Data" button in the "Wipe" menu in TWRP (and NOT "Wipe" -> "data").

That's the universal solution to boot issues.

:)

P.S.: If it really doesn't work, follow the fastboot installation (with "format_data") => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/guide-how-to-install-xiaomi-eu-rom-for-xiaomi-mi10-ultra.57259/
Then install TWRP and latest Weekly ROM update without wiping/formatting anything in TWRP. ;)

Me too but you could have just contacted me using address in the doc or download the most recent version from the link

In the latest version I made sure the format is written to ensure that the wipe on first install means format too. But glad you're sorted. Lots of people here to help, don't suffer, ask. We've all needed it at times.
