New MI 11 5G full signal but can't call

I bought a MI 11 5G and I can't get it to work properly.
I have problems with the phone lossing signal or. it has full signal but I get a message that I am not available. It is constantly switching for 3G to 4G+. I made a inquiry with the carrier and they are saying that the phone doesn't respond to the network signalization.

What can I do? I suspect that my phone has a problem with the baseband version. I borrowed a MI 11i and it works fine with the same SIM card, but has different baseband.
