Mi 11Lite 4g List of devices attached

Good evening everyone.
I have a xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 4g with xiaomi.eu rom, it was installed via fastboot because there is no twrp.
Now I wanted to install twrp but when I open the adb command and put the phone in fastboot mode the following message appears: PS C:\adb> adb devices
List of devices attached
Can anyone help me?

ONE, you have to make sure USB debgging is enabled in developer options and TWO you have the Xiaomi drivers loaded on your PC.

When your device is in Fastboot mode, you have to use "fastboot devices" command if you want to check if it's ok.
