MI 9 8/128 with MIUI 11

I have a problem with my MI9 phone. I installed android 10 MIUI 10 and then MIUI 11 version EU updated weekly.
In telephony conditions I hear everything correctly, but nobody hears me.
I went back to the stable version Global I 10.2.16 and the phone is working normally.
Help.

My 8/128 mi9 works well with Xiaomi.eu Miui 11 stable.
Have you wipe Dalvik/Art Cache and Cache before flashing miui 11 ?
