New Mi 9T 9.11.7 Maximum Mobile does not work

Mi 9T 9.11.7 Maximum Mobile app does not work.

When I agreed the user aggreement and push continue button. Maximum close itself
 
When I was in Global rom, it was working. And crash log is here.

Try to "Clear all Data" of this app in settings and delete it. Download it again on Google Play.
Looks like an app issue but I can't confirm it. ^^
