Creo que si, pero no puedes bajar nunca de rom , tienes que subir, yo he tenido la global y ahora la eu y me gusta mucho mas la eu.

Yes you can, but only the fastboot rom with MiFlash. And only check 'Clean all' if you have a Chinese device.
