New Mi Max 3 speaker/microphone issue

Since a couple of updates I have the issue with my mi max 3 that people can't hear me well when calling.
I installed some apps and could determinate that when calling the phone uses the microphone AND speaker at the bottom of the phone. This causes that people hear more what's around me than what I am saying.
There also is a problem when I use the speaker when calling. People can't hear me.
Also when doing a video call with WhatsApp of Facebook messenger people can't hear me.
This is a software issue because when I use the micro or speaker in other apps they work well. The problem is which speaker/microphone is used in some apps.

Who can help me with this issue, it's getting annoying that people ask me to repeat when calling.

We are having the same issue on Mi 9. temporary fix is to reboot the phone.

On my mi max 3 it doesn't help to reboot.
I'm glad it's not only my phone..

No solution at the moment.

Do you have the Mi Max 3?
Did you ever replace your display?

I was thinking maybe I did something whoring when replaced my display

I didn't replace display.

Yes, I have mi max 3.

During call the bottom speaker doesn't work & sometimes on videos too.

The worst part is malfunctioning headphone remote controler while on the call.

I love having calls on headphones & bought xiaomi's headphones for that purpose, however same like the apple ones - they seem to malfunction.

Phone itself is an amazing one despite mentioned flaws, can't wait for mi max 4.
