Where can I download Twrp for Mi mix 3 5g and where can I find rom for 5g version? I did note find rom in Miui 11 stable.

twrp for 5g version is not yet available afaik...
you can download official xiaomi rom for 5g version at xiaomi website in 2 versions -global and eea(europe)
