Mi Note Unlock And Update Problem

Hi,
I have a Mi Note with bootloader lock and MIUI Global 6.3.17.
The official unlock schedule doesn't work(sms arrived but the unlock tool stop to 50% with message "Couldn't verify device").
What are my options now? How I can flash a weekly rom?
