Go To Settings-Search Region And Select Proper Country
Mine was set to poland it got Fixed by selecting india

-Close app completely
-Re-open
-Touch icon upper on the right
-Settings
-Deactivate and reactivate the voice
"We recommend using online data for new remotes"
-Turn back
-Touch Add remote
and you will find all brand list.
Mi Remote 4.5.3 has this bugs and previously i have asked devs to replace it with the present on playstore
