Mi Remote App Needed

Can someone upload this app please? I hope its in English. I have the Mi4C which has an ir blaster but app doesnt come with rom

Hi,
You could take it from English firmware.
Just download english firmware for your phone from en.miui.com
Unzip it and check for a folder with appropriate APK file under \system\app or \system\priv-app
