Hello. I just purchased the T500 in Greece, 3 days ago.
I connected it to the Mi Home app and it worked fine the 1st day. Since then, although it connects to the device, when I sync it, it always gives the error message "no new data".
I removed it and reinstalled/paired the device but the issue persists.
I read online and other people have the same issue.
What do I do? Is it faulty? Should I return it?
