    Hello

    1. Does this device support HDMI-CEC protocol -> Can it be controlled by the TV remote?
    2. Does it support playing files from the NAS or local computer that are shared via Samba protocol (NOT DLNA) ?
    3. In the start screen - can the "categories" - for popular films and favorits can they be removed ? to have only preference and media player.
The idea is to use the box to play files (movies, picture and music) from the NAS and use the mirracast to share the smartphone screen.

I know it plays movies from USB stick.

So if nobody knows then its probably not supported ... this is sad because mini-PC like Raspberry Pi with XBMC or openelec has this feature :(

    Hi, about CEC.
    1) CEC is rare technology for miniPC and DesktopPC. I found only one device which though somehow supports this technology.
    Amazon Fire TV
ConnectivityHDMI, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, Wifi (802.11n), 10/100 Ethernet, Optical audio, CEC
