Mi TWS Earphones 2S - connection Problem with Mi 11 Ultra

I have a pair of mi Earphones 2S and every time when I open the case to use them, I have to press "connect" on the pop-up picture. That mean, the headset does not connect automatically. it looks like, the phone or the headset forget the last connection.

If I test them with a Mi 9T Pro with Havoc OS, they connect instant.
EDIT: I paired them with a OnePlus 7Pro, and also there, they connect instant when I open the case.

Any solution?
