With a New Mi11i (one week old) , file transfert with PC USB3 don't work anymore (tested on 2 differents PC) but it still work with same cable on USB2 port. Moreover, USB drives otg don't work anymore: these USB works fine on another Mi11i. : it is a hardware failure or should I verify another thing before return to shop ?
PS: if I exchange Mi11i with a New one, which tool use to backup all phone not only applications but also icons/folders/desks parameters ?
