Mi3 broken not being replaced

My Mi3 which i bought from flipkart fell from 2nd floor and got broken. I went to service center and they said that they will not repair it and the phone is damaged critically. I asked them to get it swapped or replaced as its in 1 year waranty and tell me the cost for that. But they're not helping me out. Please help me to get my phone repaired or get it replaced in any cost. Whatever it takes.. any amount. Even Flipkart is not responding.

for india i don't know but i can change broken screen in thailand it was easy
