    Hi!
    I've 2 mi4c both with 6.3.24 miui international rom.
for one of them memory info shows 25.52gb total for the other only 10.76 total memory!

I've checked with antutu officier and the second isn't a "fake" and I've reset all phone form twrp (formatting dalvik, cache, internal memory and data).

I've checked memory by system info (setting -> memory) and with 2 apps Es file manager and Storage Space.

    Can someone help me?

    Regards

Hi Matpil, Welcome. Just by looking at the numbers you posted it would appear at first glance the phones are NOT identical. Xiaomi makes two versions of the Mi4c, one is 32GB and the other is 16GB. The operating system (ROM) and apps use just about the amount you are lacking. Keep in mind there is also Hard Coding that occupies some of the space. Connect them to a PC with Mi PC Suite and you will see the actual capacity and free space. Hope that helps....

    Tnx for your reply.
Both smartphone should be the same...
3gb and 32gb read on Settings -> phone info. IMG-20160331-WA0024_1459750329915.jpg
I've been taken this picture after wipe data, interna memory, dalvik and cache
As you can see, I've only 5,06GB of 32GB in a just formatted smartphone.

    Can I check something else?

    Regards

Look in storage to see what is consuming the space...settings>additional settings >storage....

Not sure if this will solve anything at all.... But why don't you made a backup of your current system...then install the newest ROM 6.3.31 be sure to check storage before and after you update....you can always restore to the backup if you see considerable storage loss... Or no improvement...

    Yes...
    But not by update.
I've found this script that repartiom memory. Here a simply guide:
    1. Download e decomprimere la patch in PC
    2. Run .cmd and follow the prompt to fix

Now my problem is fixed :)

Good job...Glad you fixed it... Is this script specific to Mi4c or does it work and all Xiaomi phones?

Is this script safe to use on 7.0? will it change something in the functioning overall?

All right this is the best method to solve this problem:
    1. Reboot in TWRP
    2. Go into "Wipe" and wipe the DATA
    3. After the wipe, select DATA and press "Repair or change file system"
    4. Press now "Resize file system", confirm and reboot recovery.
    5. Solved and good to go!
All credits to this guy: @gebgeboy, he's the man!
