New Mi4c Miui 8.2.3.0 Stable Bugs List

I think that this is the place for people to list the bugs that require attention:
1) cores 4,5 (strong 1800ghz a57) are always asleep and listed as 1400ghz
2) temperature - phone gets hot (42+°C) just from browsing which was newer before
3) wifi - wifi is very slow in aplications. I takes a minute to send message in WhatsApp, while browsing is still fast.

Have you tried the cores with MIUI own dev options?
